Carole Zeimetz first stood for municipal election in 2011 and has been a déi gréng municipal councilor in Echternach since 2017. As a mother of two teenagers, Carole has always been committed to ensuring a sustainable and livable future for them. The climate crisis, natural disasters and loss of biodiversity cannot and must not be the legacy we leave to future generations. This is why she will continue to be committed to ambitious environmental protection, which of course includes both nature and climate protection. The challenge is to preserve the basis of our lives, and protecting the environment also means protecting human life, particularly as regards health.
